A forthcoming Grayslist feature will introduce a Community Vote system, giving every resident of Grays Landing a voice in shaping the life of our building. Through a simple email-based process, residents will be able to vote on meals, events, and community projects, ensuring that decisions reflect the shared needs and ideas of everyone who calls this place home.

This participatory system will replace top-down decision-making with open collaboration. Residents will be able to share feedback, offer proposals, and help guide community initiatives in a way that is transparent, inclusive, and accessible to all. By practicing democracy together, we strengthen the foundation of cooperation and solidarity that defines Grayslist and move closer to a community where everyone has a say in the choices that shape our shared life.
