REACH Paperwork

A new Grayslist feature is coming soon to make communication with REACH easier for everyone at Grays Landing. Residents will be able to submit work orders and incident reports directly through the website using a simple online form.

This system will allow tenants to report maintenance needs or community concerns quickly and clearly. Each submission will be logged, sent to the appropriate coordinator or property manager, and tracked for follow-up. Whether it involves a plumbing repair, a heater that needs attention, or a safety concern, residents will have a single, accessible place to document issues and see that they are addressed.

The goal of this forthcoming feature is to make REACH’s processes more transparent and responsive while keeping residents informed and involved. By using Grayslist to manage building needs, we strengthen accountability and continue to build a community where everyone’s voice matters and every concern receives care.
